MEET CARMELO
Carmelo has spent decades in the structural steel industry, starting his career in the 1990s and contributing to major commercial fabrication projects across Colorado with companies like RK Industries. In 2025 he took everything he learned and built Highlands Steel from the ground up. His hands-on leadership and deep knowledge of the trade are the backbone of everything we do.

Danielle keeps everything running behind the scenes. From client communication to operations and business development, she makes sure every project and every client relationship is handled with care. She believes in what Highlands Steel stands for and works every day to help it grow.
